I truly enjoyed this clean, comfortable, modern, conveniently located apartment. I would certainly stay here again and Positive: I liked the layout, the amenities (balcony and common areas) as well as the layout of the entire place. We liked the flexibility the place provided for three guests. It was very comfortable and located in a great area. Negative: I enjoyed everything. The only small complaint I can maybe comment on here may have been the noise from the traffic outside in the morning. This was said by one of my friends in the unit. But he found the bed comfortable and just mentioned he could hear some loud noises at times. Honestly this wasn’t an issue I noticed and don’t think it was a problem for him as he said he’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location for this property was perfect. We were able to walk around the city and hit up all the places we wanted to see and very short walks. Easy to walk to great spots for meals. Owners were super fast and responsive. Shared details I can use for places to see and eat around town. Great property and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again when going back to Charlotte.

It’s important for me to note after checking in, we discovered a few issues. However, that didn’t detract from our stay because they were addressed swiftly. Management ensured maintenance and cleaning personnel responded in a timely manner to quickly resolve the issues.. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and we will definitely add this to our list for a future stay in Charlotte.
