Property was in a good location and described accurately. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Lighting in the bathrooms were too dark though, one exhaust fan light in a large bathroom and a black curtain and shower tile made it hard to see in the shower. Only mark against check in process was that we had to pay a fee if we wanted to get into the room to put our bags down. And even with paying the extra charge, we still had to wait outside for 15-20 minutes for 2pm on the dot to get the building code. There is a large lobby that we could have at least had access to while we waited 15 minutes for the room code. Luckily in our case, we had good weather, arrived during the day time, and we were all older guys. I’d be a little worried if a group of young women had to wait outside at night time. Just something for the owners to consider if guests get there only 15 minutes prior to their check in time, something to think about for safety and convenience.

This is a perfect location! Super close to a grocery store, and lots of restaurants! Nice and spacious! And gorgeous balcony view!

Amazing space! Close to everything you want to see and do downtown Charlotte. Michael was an awesome host. Provided tips on things to do. Condo was clean, easily accessible, and had plenty of room for everyone. Already planning the next trip.

Perfect location. Stop looking. This is it.

Charlotte Gem Positive: The citÿ view was amazing... Big place ... 4 individual bedrooms. Nice and clean. all the amenities you need . right next to Harris Teeter .5 blocks to Spectrum. will Definitely book again. Negative: Only 1 parking pass for 4 bedroom condo is a set back when it comes to parking.Parking is expensive .
