Beautiful Blue

Location, Location, Location Positive: Location is everything!!! The apartment is huge, clean, and quiet, and beautiful. It is within walking distance of Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, lots of dining options. Communication was excellent. This is a secure building that you need a code to enter. I would stay again for a short period. Negative: I'm going to note this because older people need this information. This apartment is not for the elderly, the beds are platform beds with like a four inch memory foam mattress and it's like sleeping on a board, the tubs are deep and wonderful for soaking, but you have to step really high to get in and there are no handrails. Now let's talk about the building that the apartment is in(I know they charge an arm and leg) it needs updates and a deep clean!!! Floors in common areas were dirty, carpet worn, trash room filthy. This apartment is great, but management & maintenance of the actual building needs to do their job. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Positive: The location was perfect to everything downtown. The space and environment was welcoming and comfortable. Negative: Nothing really at all my husband mentioned he wished there was a place to but the suitcase besides the floor like a dresser or table in the 2 smaller bedrooms. But that is just a personal preference. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Overall very happy about this booking. Great for a family. Separate bathrooms and rooms for everyone. Excellent neighborhood that was safe and convenient. Clean and quiet complex. Having a kitchen that was fully stocked made our stay easy to cook. Would use this company again. All the comforts of home on vacation.

This property is located within walking distance to museums and restaurants. We loved the view from the balcony. It is very clean.
