The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and our host was very responsive. We had need for nothing. Everything was well appointed and easy parking and building access. Four bedrooms made it easy to get alone space and I loved the layout of the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side of the living room. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Charlotte!

Communication with our host was great. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. I will rent again if i am back in Charlotte.

The common areas had stains on the carpet everywhere. The hallways smelled like weed and cheap liquor. Just seemed a bit unkept.
