Had a great experience at this property!

Exceptionally clean property with super comfy beds! The owner was very attentive and gave detailed instructions on entering the property, which is very secure and in a beautiful building with lots of amenities. The location is only minutes from so many things to do within Charlotte. We would definitely stay again!

Unit has major dust in corners and on ceiling fans. Needs a deep clean. In general all is in good shape, however it is the cheapest Arbnb furnishings we have ever experienced. Unit has very bad electrical system and breakers were flipping multiple times per day and can lights constantly flicker. Thermostat is set to over ride your temperature selection and must constantly be adjusted so we ended up turning it off. Coffee machine in common area is non operable and we experienced a fire alarm at 5 am which many residents stated happens frequently. I would stay somewhere else. We left a day early as it was not worth staying.
